This home in Raby Bay on the Bayside was in dire need of an update. The main bathroom of the home was a small space made smaller by a separate WC adjacent to a laundry. Its design and styling made the space feel small and dark.
By removing and realigning some walls, we were able to create a larger, lighter bathroom. The use of high gloss tiles and mirrored surfaces allowed natural light to bounce around the area, creating a much more inviting space.
This ensuite was dark and rather striking! The emerald green tiles closed in the space and the corner shower was small and uninviting.
The room redesign and use of light reflective surfaces, 40mm stone, chrome fixtures and expansive mirrors completely transformed the area into a luxurious and contemporary ensuite.
Only accessible from the living area by a narrow hall, this kitchen, while large, was not servicing the family as well as it could have. Great bones, but tired styling and outdated design.
Fast forward to the completed project, with access to the living areas, views to the alfresco and an entertainers kitchen to die for! Double ovens, huge trough sink, expansive storage and an impressive square island completes the picture.
Still in love with your home, but feel like it's a little outdated? Need a more functional kitchen for the chef of the house? Or a new bathroom to relax and unwind in? Let's talk about a remodel.
Every house needs some repairs at some point. From water damage to worn fittings, home repairs need to be handled in such a way that they do not cover up related problems.
